I installed FortiClient on an external Windows 7 PC a few days pack and the SSL VPN connected and worked. I uninstalled it from that PC and installed it on a different external Windows 7 PC, and now cannot connect to the VPN. FortiGate ssl vpn & client integrity check Greetings ~ I've seen another post where someone using a 3rd party to control their Fortigate apparently couldn't get the SSL VPN to do a client integrity check - make sure the OS is patched to date and has an updated AV running.

As per advice on this forum I have removed and reinstalled the VPN Client. I have verified the credentials, and I have disabled IPv6. No change. As per this post here I checked for this update. It was not installed. Also as per comments on the same thread, I disabled TLS 1.0 and rebooted with no change. I contacted Fortigate Support.
